Mel spent years as the Concierge Director at Caribbean Concierge, where she developed a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, learned from some of the best in the industry, and built a reputation for turning great vacations into unforgettable ones.

After five years of calling the Virgin Islands home, she took that passion and expertise and created The Virgin Islands Planner, a luxury, full-service vacation planning company dedicated exclusively to St. Thomas and St. John.

Her mission is simple.
